With a wealth of experience investing in the infrastructure asset class, Peter’s deep industry knowledge, combined with Hermes GPE’s measured investment approach, will be of significant benefit to our clients. Institutional investors are increasingly turning to infrastructure because of its attractive characteristics including diversification, inflation protection, solid yield and attractive risk adjusted returns. Peter Hofbauer, Head of Infrastructure for Hermes GPE, added: “Hermes GPE is an established player in the infrastructure space with a solid pipeline of investment opportunities. Hermes GPE takes a strategy-led approach to constructing infrastructure portfolios, delivered through a mix of alternative investment paths which include commitments to infrastructure funds, co-investments, secondary fund acquisitions and direct investments.
